Jeff Thige

Chairman

Geoffrey has over 18 years work experience, 13 years in senior leadership capacity having worked in several reputable international Microfinance Institutions. He has valuable expertise in setting up Greenfield  Microfinance operations, Credit and Financial Management, product development, Risk and internal compliance, Transformation and Social performance management to mention a few. He holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance Option), Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government both from the University of Nairobi and is a partly qualified CPA and ACCA. 
 

Isaac Kiragu

Director

A seasoned chartered accountant by profession, Mr. Kiragu has a work experience spanning over 27 years both in the private and public sector. He has worked with Price water house coopers as an Auditor before joining the Coffee Board of Kenya as an accountant. He retired from Coffee Board of Kenya as the General Manager of the Institution. He is currently serving in the office of a Presbyter under Chrisco churches directly supervising ten churches. He has served as a Board and committee member in several organizations. He has long exposure in offshore syndicates and diverse financial transactions.
 

Erick Njagi

Director

A seasoned human resource specialist with a solid twenty years experience in the public sector, Mr. Njagi until recently worked as the Human Resource Manager at the Teachers Service commission. He is also the Pastor of Chrisco New Life church which is the main institutional shareholder of Mordecai and Esther Trust.

Grace Maina

Director

Mrs. Grace Maina is a retired nursing officer after a distinguished 25 years of service in both the private and public health sectors in Kenya. She is currently engaged in the Real estate development and commercial farming sectors.

 

Josephat Njoroge

Director

Mr. Njoroge is an established entrepreneur and large scale commercial coffee and tea farmer. His work experience has spanned over 30 years 25 years of which working for family owned, Mwangi Mbothu Investments Limited  and 15 years running his own company titled Agape Growers Limited.
