Ensure swift and professional response from underwriters in event of indemnifiable losses. Obtain the most competitive quotations for our clients bearing in mind the premium rates, the scope of covers, as well as the service delivery by the Underwriter/s as well as their respective response to claims settlements.

 

Maintain complete and accurate records of all transactions during the period of engagement with our clients.

 

Promote a mutually beneficial business relationship between the client’s and the insurers.

 

Continuous liaison with the officer in charge of the respective client’s insurance portfolio with a view of ascertaining incidental exposure occasioned by and in line with the changing business environment and the client’s expansion program.

 

Ensure the processing and delivery of policy documents and interpret terms and conditions of the policies to the clients.

 

Recommend where and when necessary, possible risk improvements and use them in the negotiation for best premiums rates and improved policy terms from the underwriters.

 

Advise of relevant developments in the insurance market.
