Eldon Properties (under incorporation) is a leading company comprised of Project Management & Development, Projects Finance Sourcing, Projects Valuation Services, Joint Project Development Venture Structuring and participation where feasible, and property Sales. Eldon Properties was registered in April 2009 as a sole proprietorship company, as a real estate agent in Kenya. We intend to commence a Management services division in 2015 with the necessary structures to ensure top of the end service delivery in place. Our goal is to consistently provide cutting edge services in the real estate sector in Kenya and the greater East Africa region.
