It is instructive to note that Eldon Properties was awarded Lead International Sales Consultants contract by Integrated Property Investments (T) Ltd of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, to market Bahari Beach Town to East Africans and the greater African and multinational audience. Through building confidence with proven results where 90% of the residential units in phase 1 are already fully sold, with the completion of construction for phase 1 anticipated in april 2011. Eldon Properties is also involved in sourcing investors for the stand-alone components of the development.
