World View - The training places special emphasis on the importance of mindset transformation and presents creation worldview as the key to social and cultural transformation. Faith based institutions are challenged to be engaged in healing relationships with others and to better steward the creation.

CHE – Community Holistic Engagement – Equipping of leaders with simple tools that enable them to apply what they have learned immediately, thus beginning the transformation process in their own communities with existing resources—no matter how poor the communities may be. These includes but not limited to farming, health, entrepreneurship, environment, water conservation among others

Civic education – Facilitate citizens to acquire some kinds of knowledge, facts, skills, abilities, values, virtues, attitudes and behaviors that are acceptable in society and useful in building a balanced and great nation. It is primarily designed and organized in content and function so as to produce good and useful people who know what events happen within the country and globally. The main aim of civic education is to develop and change young people into effective, responsible, good and well informed people, who are active and productive in the society.

Capacity building and empowerment – Facilitate community leaders heading faith based institutions and ministries to manage and run them as required based on international standards
